The New York City medical examiner's office says further tests are needed to determine what caused the death of a fashion designer who was found in an overflowing bathtub at an upscale hotel.
Thirty-three-year old Sylvie Cachay, dressed in a black top and underwear, was found Thursday in a tub at the Soho House.
The medical examiner's office performed an initial autopsy. It said Friday it has not been able to conclusively pinpoint the cause of death.

A rural Wisconsin man apparently enraged by Bristol Palin's "Dancing with the Stars" routine blasted his television with a shotgun, leading to an all-night standoff with a SWAT team, investigators said.

An Off-Broadway producer is in the spotlight in the New York City premiere of Craig Wright's new comedy Mistakes Were Made, starring Oscar nominee Michael Shannon, beginning previews Nov. 5 at the Barrow Street Theater.
Directed by Dexter Bullard, the production will officially open Off-Broadway Nov. 14. Shannon plays B-list producer Felix Artifex opposite Mierka Girten as Esther.

Jesse L. Martin has achieved a fair amount of fame from roles in Broadway's "Rent" and TV's "Law & Order" but he is still awed around Al Pacino. And that includes Al Pacino's lunch.
